Despite his suspension and strict orders to stay out of the way, a paranoid Jake cannot stop interfering with Amy and Rosa's work. They eventually discover that Jake's suspicions are entirely correct. He was indeed being framed by (Chris Parnell), a defense attorney whom Jake had previously arrested for cocaine possession in the episode "The Defense Rests".
