Download and install the GTA San Andreas APK file first, but do not open it yet .
Ensure you have at least 2.5 GB to 3 GB of free space. Download File com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip

The final structure must be Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ , and it should contain the .obb files (typically named main...obb and patch...obb ). Download File com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip
Move this entire folder to the following path: Internal Storage > Android > obb .
Use a file manager like ZArchiver to open the com.rockstargames.gtasa.zip . Move the OBB Folder: Find the extracted folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa .
