Rename the file to Update.bin (if required by your specific model instructions). Copy it to a FAT32-formatted USB drive.
Insert the drive into the TV and use the "Local Update" option in settings or the hardware button "force flash" method (usually holding the power button while plugging in the TV).
Primarily used for TCL's P6US series 4K UHD TVs.
