A green-haired terrorist named Majima is introduced. He plans a violent attack on the Kita-Oshiage subway station to expose the "false peace" maintained by the DA (Direct Attack).

Majima and his men open fire on a train, but the DA has anticipated the move. A team of Lycoris agents intervenes, and Majima is forced to detonate explosives to escape.

The highlights of their day include eating pancakes and visiting an aquarium. It is here that Takina famously mimics a spotted garden eel, a moment that has become a fan-favorite meme (the "Sakana!" scene).
