: If you own the Kosatka submarine , the black scuba outfit is unlocked for free.

: Exiting the yellow submarine or the Kraken will also automatically equip the breathing gear.

: Walk up to the front counter where the clerk is standing and browse the Outfits menu.

: Find a Nagasaki Dinghy (the black rubber inflatable boat). When you exit the driver's seat of a Dinghy while in deep water, your character will automatically be wearing a full scuba tank and mask.
